Case summary:
The collective sale of the Horizon Towers Condominium in Singapore is an ongoing contentious matter which involved two Strata Title Board hearings, High Court hearings and finally, a Court of Appeal hearing spanning over 2 years during which the Court of Appeal concluded that the Sales Committee failed to obtain the best price for Horizon Towers. Despite being awarded costs for the second High Court hearing, the second STB hearing and the Court of Appeal hearing, the minority owners involved in the collective sale of Horizon Towers are now suing Mr. Tan Kah Gee and Mr. Arjun Samtani.
Mr. Sreenivasan and Mr Shankar A.S. are defending Mr Samtani in the above matter who has taken out an application in court to strike out the Plaintiff’s claim.
