Straits Law Practice LLC advises on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Main Board Listing for Q&M Dental Group

Case summary:

Straits Law were the legal adviser to Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Limited (the “Company”) in respect of their listing on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”). The Company was listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST on 26 November 2009.

The invitation was made by way of a placement in respect of 74,075,000 new ordinary shares at a price of S$0.27 for each new ordinary share. The market capitalization of the Company at the time of the invitation was approximately S$74.0 million. The Company raised a gross proceed of approximately S$20.0 million from the said invitation.
