| Robert graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1983. Beginning his career in a large local firm, he practised in the field of corporate finance for many years. |
| Tapped to join Straits Law in 2003, Robert now heads our corporate department. Having handled numerous listings, fund raising exercises, takeovers and mergers over a span of more than 20 years, he successfully handled Straits Law's first IPO in 2004. Since then Straits Law has extended the nature and scope of the corporate work it does. |
| Robert sits on the board of directors of several listed companies as an independent director. He also sits on the panel of neutral evaluators of the Consumer Mediation Unit of the Association of Banks in Singapore. |
