April

April was admitted to the California Bar in January 2009 and the District of Columbia Bar in March 2010. She was registered to practice foreign law as a Foreign Lawyer by the Attorney General's Chambers, Singapore in April 2011.  

April is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin; she has basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, and the Teochew dialect.

April's main areas of work are cross border corporate finance documentation and Mergers & Acquisition.
