In corporate matters, we act for shareholders in shareholders' disputes and minority shareholders of Companies who wish to seek redress in cases of oppression or unfair conduct by the majority shareholders. We act for directors of companies who face claims of alleged fraudulent trading under the Companies Act or in respect of other breaches under the Companies Act.

The commercial cases that we handle involve cross-border transactions and complicated issues which require in-depth research into cases decided in Singapore and other jurisdictions and excellent litigation skills.
