Criminal Litigation
This practice group has a wide range of experience in handling various types of criminal cases, ranging from matters involving capital punishment to the other range of the spectrum involving governmental departmental summons. Our lawyers have the collective experience both as public prosecutors as well as defence counsels. Many of our lawyers practicing criminal law are also volunteers of the Law Society Criminal Law Aid Scheme. This practice group also handles matters relating to Military Law offences.
