This Practice Group represents clients and help bring to a desirable conclusion a wide range of property transactions, from purchase and sale of HDB apartments to complex transactions dealing with several financial institutions, large corporations and parties. We act for individual buyers and sellers, corporation and developers and for a large number of banks and financial institutions as well as the Central Provident Fund Board. We are able to offer a one-stop service to sellers and buyers, developers and banks and financial institutions.
This group also works with the General Corporate and Corporate Services Group in matters involving large and more complex corporate acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures or financing where real property or property interests may be involved in the transactions.
This group works with the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group on disputes relating to interests in land, contracts for sale and purchase of property, leases and tenancies, issues relating to Management Corporations and construction issues.
