Our department on intellectual property (IP) and Information Technology (IT) is a mix of corporate and litigation lawyers. Mr. N Sreenivasan has been involved in complex IP cases whilst Mr. Stuart Palmer will advise on trademark issues and all forms of IT contracts.
The Firm has drafted IT contracts pertaining to software distribution, non-disclosure agreements, systems integration and multi level IT joint ventures. Although such IT contracts have reduced in popularity, the company continues to maintain the same level of commitment to its clients in maintaining expertise.
