International Business Transactions
This practice group is headed by Mr. M Rajaram. As the skills and experienced required are as varied as the many types of transactions that arise trans-nationally, support is obtained from the other directors for each project, depending on the type of transaction and issues involved.
The Firm has significant experience in cross-border trading and barter transactions, investment in Asian countries (in particular India) and international arbitration and disputes. The Firm also advises on various cross border transactions with parties in China.
We have good working relationships with law offices in Malaysia, Australia, India, China, England and the United States so that domestic law issues can be appropriately addressed.
