Corporate Secretarial Practice
This practice group is headed by Mr Robert Wong and he is assisted by our Associates and other experienced support staff. In addition to providing assistance to companies in Companies Act compliance and maintenance of statutory records, we also provide ancillary services such as registered office, drafting of resolutions and immigration. A large number of our corporate secretarial clients are foreign companies and subsidiaries of foreign companies.
We have experienced lawyers who make it possible for the corporate secretarial services to be provided seamlessly with legal advice on company law, directors' duties, shareholder rights and mergers and acquisitions. Such value added services has proven to be useful to our small-medium enterprise clients. Numerous foreign firms also use our services.
As and when needed, clients will be referred to lawyers in other practice groups for specific needs such as litigation and conveyancing.
