Obtaining credit facilities and loans from lending institutions are is one of the typical approaches. We endeavor to help link clients with the appropriate financial institutions or vice versa and to provide necessary legal support to our clients to ensure that legal barriers may be overcome. We are familiar with legal documentations for fixed charges, debentures, mortgages, pledges and other loan instruments. Having had a collective experience of at least 20 years in this area of practice makes work relatively speedier.

The Group has worked with and represented both local and foreign banks and financial institutions.

Another approach to raising funds is from the public through the issue and listing of shares and debentures on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST"). Such fund raising exercises may take the form of initial public offers, reverse take-overs, rights issues and private placements.
